The yacht Carino NZ departs from both Paihia and Russell Wharves and offers a marvellous day sailing the beautiful Bay of Islands. Guests can help set and trim the sails if they wish or relax on the spacious decks and enjoy the scenery. Look out for penquins, petrels and other ocean birds. Whether you want to swim with the dolphins or just watch them you will be amazed at these beautiful creatures. The crew will point out their adopted dolphins "Bad Jelly and Jim" and other dolphins they know by sight and their names. The skipper will take you to an island to enjoy snorkelling, swimming or just lazing on the beach. There is a BBQ lunch on board the Carino and if you are a vegetarian please let them know in advance. There is a fully licensed bar as well with a range of New Zealand beers, wines and cool drinks. This is sure to be a day to remember, fantastic scenery, great sailing and the wonder of the bottlenose dolphins, they truly are magical!
