On this half day tour you will see the Waitakere Rainforst and the Arataki Visitor Information Centre. The tour will stop at Craftworld for some genuine NZ products before moving on to a wine tasting. You will visit Bees on line and sample some honey before proceeding to Takapu Gannet Colony. You will also see Muriwai beach famous for its black iron-sand before visiting the owners sheep farm where you will be welcomed into their historic Homestead. Here you will really get to know the workings of a sheep farm, and then they will make you welcome with a homemade afternoon tea.
